Principal

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Whiteford High School. I am truly honored to join the Bobcat family and become part of a community with such a strong tradition of pride, excellence, and commitment to students.

My career in education has given me the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, all centered around supporting student success. I began as a classroom teacher, where I developed a deep appreciation for the impact strong relationships, engaging instruction, and high expectations have on student achievement. Most recently, I have served at Monroe County ISD as the Coordinator of Technology Applications, partnering with school districts across the county to improve educational systems, support educators, and enhance communication through effective use of technology. These experiences have reinforced my belief that great schools are built through collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to doing what is best for students.

As I begin this new chapter, my first priority is to listen and learn. I look forward to getting to know our students, staff, families, and community members while gaining a deeper understanding of what makes Whiteford High School such a special place. Together, we will celebrate the many traditions and accomplishments that define Whiteford while continuing to build upon them for the future.

I am committed to fostering a positive school culture where every student feels welcomed, challenged, and supported. By working collaboratively with our dedicated staff and partnering closely with families, I believe we can create an environment where students not only achieve academic success but also grow as leaders, teammates, and members of our Whiteford community.

As a family, we stay active through youth sports and community activities that remind me of the importance of strong school and family partnerships.  Thank you for welcoming me to Whiteford High School. I am excited to begin this journey with you and look forward to meeting each of you in the weeks ahead. Together, we will continue building on Whiteford's proud tradition while ensuring every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.
