105c Applications Accepted
Whiteford Agricultural School District is accepting applications from residents of Lenawee, Washtenaw and Wayne counties through the Out-of-County Schools of Choice Program (105c) for limited availability in grades kindergarten through 12th grade.
You may apply by filling out an application obtainable at the Superintendent’s Office located at 6655 Consear Road, Ottawa Lake, Michigan or by downloading the application form. Applications will be accepted at the Superintendent’s Office from July 19, 2017 - August 18, 2017.

The Nutrition Group (Whiteford's food service provider) is seeking part-time cafeteria workers for the 2017-2018 school year. Interested individuals should apply HERE!
Class of 2018 - Senior Picture Information
Planning for the 2017-2018 yearbook is underway, featuring...YOU!! Senior pictures and baby pictures are due to the yearbook staff by Friday, October 27, 2017 (see information sheet for details. Schedule your appointment early as area photographers fill up fast during the summer months.
Scrap Metal Fundraiser
The Whiteford Track & Field program is hosting a Scrap Metal Fundraiser from June 5th through June 30th. A dumpster will be located in the parking lot between the buildings (by the woods) for area families and community members to donate any and all scrap metal. All proceeds will go to the Whiteford Track & Field program to purchase needed equipment and replace worn uniforms. Please consider donating to a great cause.
Note: If the dumpster is full, please stack items to the side as we can’t overflow the top. Also, please make sure that you dump gasoline out of any engines and take the doors off any refrigerators.

Whiteford is now accepting applications for the position of Elementary Principal. Interested individuals should apply via Applitrack (click on the "by district" tab on the left side of the page to see only Whiteford postings; position information can found under the "administration" heading).
FFA Greenhouse Opens Soon!
Looking for the perfect Mother's Day gift? The Whiteford FFA Greenhouse will open for the season on Monday, May 8th and will stay open until Saturday, June 10th. The greenhouse offers a great selection of annual flowers, vegetables and some perennials. Plants are sold in a wide variety of hanging baskets, flats and patio planters, including homemade planter boxes. Hours for the greenhouse are as follows: Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM; Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM; Sunday: 1 PM – 4 PM. Note: Mother's Day will have special hours of 9 AM – 3 PM. Addressing Sensitive Subject Matters
The Monroe County Superintendent's Association has shared this letter for parents of county students regarding sensitive subject matters such as suicide, sexual abuse, rape, substance abuse, mental health and bullying. Parents are urged to utilize the information/resources available to address these concerns.
